Beam Cleaning was established in 1996 to provide cleaning services in the Eastern, Southern and Central areas of Singapore.

We  provide general cleaning services (once weekly) for condo and private apartment units to help busy business and professional people to maintain a clean and proper upkeep living environment.

Scope of Work

- Cleaning of rooms, kitchens and bathrooms

- Vacuum and mopping of floors

- Dusting of furniture

- Ironing of clothes

Service Rates (once a week basis):-

$40 for 2 hours

$50 for 3 hours

$62 for 4 hours

The above rate are net prices.  We do not impose any agency fee.  We also pay workmen compensation insurance for the cleaners.

We also provide cleaning on  once fortnightly or once monthly basis, but the rates will be slightly higher.  Please call us for more details.

Other Services

- general cleaning for offices - once or twice weekly basis (min 1.5 hours)

- buying and despatch of gifts for your loved ones, such as parents, spouse, friends & relatives  (minimum $30 service charge)
